The foundation laid by İsmet Gültekin in 1995 with CAT spare parts trading was formalized in 2002 as Gültekinler Limited Şirketi; in 2022 the export operations were spun out under Volka Makina Dış Ticaret A.Ş. As of January 2026, our Costex Tractor Parts (CTP) authorized regional distributorship extends our portfolio to 14 active markets and a 22-country European reach network.

Volka Makina is the specialist company built to take the Gültekinler Group's heavy machinery spare parts operations into international export markets. The CAT spare parts trade that İsmet Gültekin started in Istanbul in 1995 was institutionalized in 2002 as Gültekinler Limited Şirketi, and then — through investment across multiple sectors — grew into a multi-arm group company managed under a holding-company culture. The export arm was repositioned in 2022 as Volka Makina Dış Ticaret A.Ş., and as of January 2026 our Costex Tractor Parts (CTP) authorized regional distributorship brings our internationally certified product portfolio to 14 active markets and the European Union reach network.

Sectoral diversification of Gültekinler Group
Hospitality, steel door manufacturing, the chemicals industry, vehicle and wood coatings, and warehousing (storage and bonded-zone services) are added to the core heavy machinery spare parts business. The group evolves into a holding active in six different sectors.

Regular shipment networks established across Middle East, Caucasus, Turkic Republics and Eastern European markets. The Tuzla Free Zone Warehouse is commissioned and European Union reach is launched.
